    We're new round here! Our parent company Brandable & Co has been delivering speaker management, coaching and support at large global events, as well as speaker development and media training for individuals since 2018 but due to growth, we decided to create a dedicated home for our speaker coaching and training business so in 2022, Speakable & Co was formed and here we are! Much like our parent company, we're a UK-based people development agency with a global reach and a passion for being human at work. Brandable & Co. specialises in personal, career and leadership brand strategy and Speakable & Co. focuses on speaker coaching and training.

     

    Established by Sallee Poinsette-Nash, one of the UK's leading people-brand experts, both Brandable and Speakable exist to bring people to the forefront of careers, companies, and corporate organisations to attract opportunities and to create a positive, lasting impact for individuals, organisations and wider-society.

    "As a company owner, a brand strategist and reluctant speaker, I genuinely love the work we do (even the keynotes!) because I'm an introvert who loves people, innovation and advancement. There are so many interesting, inspiring and meaningful aspects to people, which often remain hidden behind 'professional' and I want to do whatever I can to change that! I launched Brandable & Co. in 2018 backed by over 20 years of high-level business strategy, commercial acumen and brand building experience gained from CEO and COO positions, international project delivery and advisory board roles to a high-profile client list. I've been delivering elements of this work for over 14 years, but I wanted to take the impact further, whilst Brandable continues to advance careers and advise organisations on how to leverage their people assets, Speakable will be focused on how people show up in a way that is authentic to them, how they can work better together and use their voices to advocate change, advance industries and benefit the companies they work for. I am proud of the Brandable & Co journey to date and now to see the creation of Speakable become a reality because it means that we are making progress in changing self-confidence, careers, and businesses for the better"
